Brian Quinn

The Centre sadly announces the recent passing of past member and committee member Brian Quinn. The funeral will be at 11:30 on 23rd April at Charnock Richard Crematorium, Preston Rd, Chorley PR7 5JP and afterwards at Lostock Hall Conservative Club, Brownedge Rd, Preston PR5 5AA

Our sincerest condolences go to Brian's family at this sad time.

NORTH LANCASHIRE CENTRE NEW BOOKING SYSTEM

Rallies on Club sites stay the same 20% deposit and balance on date specified by rally offices.

All other rallies and events

£10 deposit on rallies and £10 deposit per person on events (non refundable) to be paid on BOOKING, balance will have to be paid 1 calendar month before start of rally or event. Treasurer will check bank account at 6pm on that specific date for all balances. If the balance has not been paid reminders will not be made to members by the rally officer, the deposit will be forfeited and the booking cancelled, if the member wishes to go on the rally or event then the Full amount will have to be paid.

Merger with Cumbria centre update 02/10/2023

The motion to merge with Cumbria Centre was approved at our AGM on 1st October 2023. We now await the Cumbria member's approval at their AGM which will be held next Sunday, 8th October.

Ribblesdale Rubgy Club Settle

Another great rally and a good time was had by all.

On Saturday there was a lawn darts competition won by Alan Greenwood. This was followed by the Moxham Trophy baking competition this year the cake was Victoria Sandwich and was won by Roy McFarlane. Next there was the archery competition won by Sue McFarlane and to round off we had the brilliant Tom Kee with his bagpipes.

Grasmere May day bank holiday rally

Another great rally in such a beautiful part of the country and the weather was kind too. We would like to say a big thank you to all the ralliers who donated fantastic prizes for the raffle and to everyone for supporting the raffle and the cream teas events. In all we raised a fantastic £240 for the Centre charity - MND.

Why not come and join us on our next rally at Jervaulx Abbey September 8th - 15th come for the whole or part of the rally (sorry no EHU available)

Burrs Country Park rally 2022 has a special 200th rally celebration

Many congratulations to Sandra and Steve England who celebrated their 200th rally at Burrs Country Park.

Val Patrick drawing the first raffle ticket in aid of this year's Centre charity MND. An absolutely fantastic sum of£150 was raised throughout the rally. Well done and thank you to all who supported this very worthy cause.

Please remember that the only qualifying rallies are all North Lancashire Centre rallies, the National (as it was), Club Fest, Northern Centres (as it was) and Festival of the North. Rallies with other centres cannot be included in the count.
